After singing with a couple of bands she started her solo career by recording her first album "Downtown Austin" in the Austin Recording Studio in Austin, Texas, early March 1997. Marion performed on a lot of events and big festivals in Europe as well as in the legendary bars in Nashville, TN and Texas.
