The initial line-up consisted of guitarists Juuso Soinio and Anton Kabanen, and drummer Pyry Vikki, who were high school friends. The rest of the original lineup, bassist Eero Sipilä, keytarist Janne Björkroth and lead singer Nitte Valo, joined the band after auditions. Battle Beast continue to increase their unabashed pop sensibilities on their 2019 release "No More Hollywood Endings". There are certainly moments of crunch throughout the album but there are more moments of pure pop at times such as the polarizing single "Endless Summer". This track sounds a lot like a combination of 80's Heart and Bryan Adams to an extent and is pure pop rock. It features amazing vocals, tight musicianship and great songwriting.
