Fuzz, check... Psychedelic, check! At 14 ³±³ ³±³ years of existence Italy's Black Elephant return with a monster³±³ ³±³ of an album entitled The Fall of the Gods. We are talking album³±³ ³±³ of the year material! It is that good. ³±³ ³±³ The Fall of the Gods continues in the tradition of their two ³±³ ³±³ previous sonic gems, and really takes things to a heavier ³±³ ³±³ place, both figuratively, and literally. ³±³ ³±³ A wide range of dynamics are present (All Them Witches come to ³±³ ³±³ mind). Hints of Hendrix meld with moments of 90’s Shoegaze ³±³ ³±³ (think the Verve's A Storm in Heaven album), and then head down³±³ ³±³ a long desert highway that would make Brant Bjork feel at home.³±³ ³±³ Fuzz pedals preach on, the sky cracks, and the riffs crush.
