Lillo Thomas (born 1961) is an American soul musician. Before his mid-80's singing career he was a highly successful athlete, qualified for the 1984 Olympics (at sixteen, he set the world record for the 200 metres at 20.8 seconds). An automobile accident in Brazil stopped his athletic career. He reached the peak of his success as a recording artist in the 1980s. His most famous songs include "Sexy Girl" and "I'm in Love."

Lilo Thomas was one of the most underrated talents in R & B music. The album features a diverse mix of tempos including uptempo dance numbers, mid-tempo groovers and soul.
